OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
- Discussed selling Pack hats
- Discussed purchasing State Park Pass/ Groups Pay $100 per year
- District has asked Packs to contribute baskets for an auction will ask for
volunteer to coordinate at Pack meeting.
- Pack meeting time will be changed to 6:45 with the flag ceremony beginning promptly at
7:00 so we can be out of the building by 8:00 per district guidelines.
- Popcorn sales will be starting soon and Cindi Buckles will coordinate this for the
Pack. Money from the popcorn sales will go to the Pack (money from the Scout Fair
tickets goes to the dens).
- Jack Denniston provided den leaders with envelopes for receipts which need to be turned
in to him at least every 6 months.
- Attendance at the Renaissance Festival was discussed and it was agreed we could use this
as an optional Pack event (like the Astros game) and ask someone to coordinated
ticket purchasing (possibly Rita P as she suggested the Festival). Mid November
seemed to be the best time per the Pack calendar.
- After looking at the calendar, we agreed it was not feasible to reschedule the Pack Fun
day and so it was cancelled.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:30 P.M.
