Dale Buckles called the meeting to order at 7:55 P.M.

MINUTES REPORT:

• The minutes from the July  meeting were reviewed and accepted.

TREASURY REPORT:

• Pack has received a debit card.

DISTRICT REPORT:

• Discussed Rally Day/Night, Wear Class A Uniforms, Principal has been emailed.  Jeff, Dale and David(?)  to chair.

• Discussed Tiger Day , Wolves and Bears in charge. Discussed running ping pong gun  booth instead of pitching booth.

CHARTER REPRESENTATIVE REPORT:

• none

PACK REPORT: 

• Discussed leasing a storage unit instead of having a shed built.  Sally to compare rates. May buy bins with labels to help organize items.
• Approximately 7 families have signed up for Astro tickets.  Chris will decide the best way to deliver tickets.
• Ms Leong and Kubenka will chair Pack Funday.
• Need flag and volunteers to run 9/11 Ceremony
• Cindy Buckles has spoke to someone regarding pack tree planting.  She will follow up.  Will need tree supplies, approved tree types, Dens may alternate tree care every two months.
• Pack did complete the 3 Summer Activities necessary to receive the Summer Pack Award.
• Still trying to incorporate Zoo overnight trip into calendar.

ADVANCEMENT REPORT:

• none

TRAINING REPORT: 

• Discussed using Fast Start video for group informational purposes and adult bonding.

COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP REPORT:

• Discussed the benefit to having several Assistant Cubmasters.
• Susan, Michelle, Rita, Jennifer, Jack and Dale to complete various levels of training.
• Leadership for the coming year as follows:
