MINUTES REPORT:
- The minutes from the February meeting were reviewed and accepted.
DISTRICT REPORT:
- Day Camp Kickoff will be held at the Eldridge Road Library.
TREASURY REPORT:
- Reviewed bank statement for February.
- $300 love offering to be made to St Aquinas for 2005 and 2006.
- Jack, Dale and Sally to complete paperwork as signers for bank account.
CHARTER REPRESENTATIVE REPORT:
- Thank you letter sent to BPHOA.
PACK REPORT:
- Pinewood Derby party went well; initial races only took one hour; concessions to be
improved; take unused candy to Scout Fair.
- Thank you to be sent to James Lucas.
- 111 tickets bought for Blue and Gold Banquet; setup @ 12:00; write name on raffle
tickets.
- Arrow of Light went very well.
- Sale Scout Fair tickets at Kroger
- Wolf Den to decorate backdrop for Scout Fair.
- Need new advancement chair for next year.
- Need Wolf Rep at Committee Meetings.
ADVANCEMENT REPORT: No new information.
TRAINING REPORT:
- Den walkers to be registered as committee members and trained.
COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP REPORT:
- Need Advancement Chair, Pack Trainer and First Aid Rep for next year.
WEBSITE REPORT: No New Information
NEW BUSINESS:
- Jack to price shed for Scout equipment.
- Geologist and Forrester badges to be earned at Day camp for Webelos II.
- It will be decided per Den, when and how they will pass out Food Drive bags.
- Discussed advertising in the Barrington Place Banner.
