MINUTES REPORT:
- The minutes from the January meeting were reviewed and accepted.
DISTRICT REPORT: no new information
TREASURY REPORT:
- Reviewed bank statement for January.
- Jack, Dale and Sally to redo paperwork as signers for bank account.
CHARTER REPRESENTATIVE REPORT:
- Thank you letter to be sent to BPHOA.
PACK REPORT:
- Thank you to be sent to James Lucas.
- Lexington Trip went well with 24 in attendance.
- Webelos Pin Day went well.
- Clubhouse key returned by Grady Mullins.
- Arrow of Light will be at Lake Sommerville, will do Art and Sport belt loop.
- Discussed itinerary for Arrow of Light Campout and will have fajitas for supper.
- Need Wolf Rep at Committee Meetings.
- Will have camping pictures at next Pack Meeting.
- Discussed Pine Wood Derby itinerary. Bring cokes, snacks or $3 for registration
fee.
- Check on bill from FBISD for Pack Meeting running late.
- Still need auction and color guard info for each den.
ADVANCEMENT REPORT: No new information.
TRAINING REPORT:
- Everyone trained.
- Steve Kobrin Cubmaster trained.
COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP REPORT:
- Need new advancement chair for next year.
- Need volunteer for Carol to mentor for Pack Trainer.
WEBSITE REPORT:
- Minutes added to website.
- New Photos up.
- Encourage pack to use website as a resource.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Discussed purchasing a shed with lock for Scout equipment.
