MINUTES REPORT:
- The minutes from the December meeting were reviewed and accepted.
DISTRICT REPORT:
- Two new boys were recruited to Webelos I.
- We again qualify as a Quality Unit. Will not buy 2005 patches.
- Webelos Pin Day is Jan 21.
TREASURY REPORT:
- $25 to Steve Kobrin for training.
- Reviewed bank statement of 12/21/05.
- HOA reissued check that written incorrectly.
- Laura Denniston will be Asst Treasurer
- Jack, Dale and Sally completed paperwork as signers for bank account.
CHARTER REPRESENTATIVE REPORT:
- Thank you letter to be sent to BPHOA.
PACK REPORT:
- Christmas party went well.
- Thank you to be sent to James Lucas.
- Card received from BPE for parade.
- Lexington Trip ready.
- Recharter to be started at Pinewood Derby Prep Day.
- Need to get clubhouse key from Grady Mullins.
- Remove Den Walkers from registration form.
- Resend e mail for Pinewood Derby
- Arrow of Light will be at Lake Sommerville, will do Art belt loop.
- Do camp power point at Pack Meeting.
- Need Wolf Rep at Committee Meetings.
ADVANCEMENT REPORT: No new information.
TRAINING REPORT:
- Everyone trained.
- Steve Kobrin to go to Cubmaster training.
COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP REPORT:
- Need new advancement chair for next year.

NEW BUSINESS:
- Check on bill from FBISD for Pack Meeting running late.
- Banquet tickets are $7.50.
- Dale to bring electronics to banquet.
