TREASURY REPORT:

• Balance – $3057.84

DISTRICT REPORT:

TRAINING REPORT: 

• Rita sent spreadsheet to the pack and a request was made at the April Pack meeting that all parents become YPT trained.

CHARTER REPRESENTATIVE REPORT:

• Letter sent to HOA, they have acknowledged acceptance and we have received charter certificate.

PACK REPORT:

ADVANCEMENT REPORT:

COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP REPORT:

OLD BUSINESS:

• Clubhouse/keys/storage

  Kobrins moved items from old to new storage.  Misty will ask HOA if there is anything that can be thrown away and what needs to be kept.  We can use 6 cabinets in the kitchen for our storage.

   

• Pinewood Derby

  St. Thomas Aquinas was a great place to hold derby, we should reserve early for next year

   

• Blue and Gold Banquet

  Need a new PA system

  Break up ceremony/awards to keep audience interested with games or songs.

  The idea that it be moved to April or May was brought up due to many activities happening in February and March 

   

• Scout Fair ticket sales

  Rita sent out spread sheet

  Some ideas for selling next year:

  Use more than one Kroger’s

  Go to businesses other than Kroger’s that are on the coupons (find out if we have to go through SHAC)

  Door to door by dividing neighborhood, like we do with food drive – boy scouts may do this so we will have to ask them

  Sign up sheet for time slots with a limit at each time.

  Sell at sporting events or rodeo

   

• Food drive

  Collect bags throughout year.  Add to pack meeting responsibilities (colors: skit: set up: bags:  )

   

• Pack librarian

  Shirts are being stored at the clubhouse.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

• Concerns –

  Pack bucks

   

• Campout

  John Davis brings the grill for hamburgers and hot dogs

  Consider for next campout just tent camping areas.

  Pack is providing koolaid, smores, meat, buns

  Families provide condiments, chips, cheese, side dish, dessert

   

• Scout Fair

  Discuss at Pack meeting sign up and preparation.
